G. K. Naiir, a Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), is the Chief Promoter and Director of Acquarius. His major role at Acquarius is that of leadership through strategic planning, business development, development of clientele network and supervision of effective execution.
With three decades of experience in the field of corporate finance ranging from fund raising, fund management, mergers, overseas and domestic acquisitions, he set up Acquarius Capstorm Ltd. His vision is to provide strategic, intelligent and transparent financial guidance to varied clients, leveraging his very well network with the banking sector Private / Public / Foreign Banks. As a Financial Consultant, he had his first stint as V. P. Finance at the LKP Merchant Financing Limited - a listed Public Limited Company and lasted for over a decade. At LKP, he was actively involved in corporate finance, debt syndication, merchant banking and accounts for the company. During his tenure, his involvement included the entire fund based and fee based services of the company.
Post LKP, he was an Executive Director with Gitanjali Gems Limited, a listed Public Limited Company, which is a part of the Gitanjali Group of Companies. His role though the 11 year stint at Gitanjali was to ensure adequate funding from the banking sectors and the capital market through IPO and FCCBs & GDRs through international markets. His dedicated involvement in various strategic planning, structuring and implementation for the companys financial growth, paved the way for domestic & international acquisitions for the Group.

Also serves as co-founder of Kan Hydroponic Farm, a social enterprise dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality produce to local communities through sustainable agricultural practices. This initiative supports broader efforts to address food security and climate resilience.
Previous roles at leading organizations such as Lenskart.com, Safilo India, INSPECS, and Appco Group India have contributed to deep expertise in business development, sales and marketing, and regional operations. Recognized for strong capabilities in strategic planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and operational problem-solving.
